Does anyone else find all the ads displayed across the bottom of the screen as annoying as I ? Watching the first episode last night it struck me that for a good portion of the show I was trying to ignore the "fog" and ad banners dancing on the screen. ION, bless you for bringing us this awesome/brilliant show. Now do one better, clean up the screen and save your ads until the commercials!

Yes, I can't stand them! They've been doing it for a long time now. Another thing they've started is the little promotions at the bottom corner of the screen - it's in faint lettering, saying something like (ER Mon-Wed 10pm), but it's very annoying!

I agree those ads are very annoying and did you see how big their new logo is
It's way bigger than it needs to be! I don't get it - and they show like 10 ads during every show. It seems like every 3 minutes an ad is popping up at the bottom of the screen.

Must agree with the sentiments expressed in the above messages.
It was difficult to concentrate on the show with all those annoying ads going on and the fog at the bottom of the screen. It really detracts from the show. Also the ION logo is way too large. All of these items cause the ION network to seem very cheesy and unprofessional. I was very dissappointed because I was looking forward to watching Boston Legal each week at 8:00, but now I may just watch my DVDs instead. How sad! I will try again next week and see if it is any better.
As for the advertisements at the bottom of the screen... Yes, they are doing what commercials should be doing. I hate it when all networks do that, and I'm afraid to say that ION is not the only one. It would be better if the show just kept advertisements to commercials, though.

ION airs WAYYYYY to many of the same commericials over and over and over until you want to rip your eyes out because you've seen them so much-LOL. They've been doing it for years, and they're not stopping. Seriously, I've seen many times before when they've aired the same commercial 3 times in one commercial break

Well I see they did it again ...and again..and again...
What a pain, we already know what station we are watching and I really don't care what's on next or next week or whatever. Please ION give us a break.
That's a good point - I don't see why they have to air the same promos and show the same on-screen ads over and over and over and over again. If we see one promo, I'd think that would be enough to get the picture. But when they're airing commercials more than once in the 3-minute time, plus the same, hugely-annoying ads at the bottom of the screen every 5 minutes, they're going over the top.
