I would like to view an episode of boston legal where spader argued in court about scientology not being a legitimate religion. can anyone tell me the episode, year and or how to get the vergage of his courtroom tirade about scientology?

I watched the first three episodes,it seems hard for me to follow them all,though the show is good , i have no time to watch.
